Who are we looking for?

  • You are recently graduated from any academic discipline and have little or no work experience
  • You have a real interest in how to run innovation projects within a company, how to turn innovative ideas into new products or services within companies OR you would like to start up your own company in the short or long term. 
  • You are open-minded and looking forward to working/collaborating with people from all over the world.

International trips

As part of the program, you will be going on an international growth strategy trip, you will visit an upcoming highly innovative ecosystem in the world that could be a possible place to scale-up. Every year we choose another destination. Our students have been to Lisbon, Zürich, and Stockholm. This year we are going to New York!

Study in Milan

As part of the program, you will work for three weeks on an intensive innovation sprint for an international company. In previous years, our students worked for Samsonite, Unicef, Ecover, AirFrance-KLM, ...). For this project, you will join students of POLI.design di Milano, a world-class design school where you learn design thinking and prototyping skills to bring your ideas alive.
