Within the research project 'Impact of training in companies' we investigated the factors and processes that determine the effectiveness of the transfer of training in Flemish companies. We did this by means of 50 cases.

The research was conducted under the direction of Antwerp Management School and commissioned by the Department of Work and Social Economy.
